He is in his eleventh year as author of "Bits & Pieces"; he has published one book of his collected columns and has a second in the works; he has in print a collection of short fiction, and has two book-length poetry mss awaiting publication.  Recently, he finished and published a long-standing work - a novel, Book I of a trilogy - of the Viet Nam war, and is back at work on Book II, preparing for publication.  Bob's publications website is connemarapress.org.

 

Married 52 years, Herself and he have four children, ten gc, and five ggc.  He earned a Bachelor's Degree in Communications, a Master of Arts in English, and a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from George Mason University, following military retirement.  His hobbies are reading and good food; his compulsion is writing.
