DHHR accepting applications from the general public for the Low Income Energy Assistance Program through Fri., Feb. 1. Applications may also be obtained at local community action agencies or senior centers operated by any Area Agency on Aging. For more info., www.wvinroads.org. All applications must be received by Feb. 1.
