Thunderstorms caused the cancellation of Hampshire’s regional baseball playoff game in Hedgesville this evening. The game has been rescheduled for tomorrow at 4 p.m. in Hedgesville.

New prosecutor joins U.S. Attorney’s Office

United States Attorney William Ihlenfeld, II has officially announced the appointment of Jarod J. Douglas to the position of Assistant United States Attorney for the Northern District of West Virginia. Douglas, who was formally administered the oath of office on Monday by Judge Gina M. Groh, will prosecute federal criminal matters occurring in the Eastern Panhandle.
