Students in the hospitality and tourism program at Potomac State College of West Virginia University prepared and served a luncheon at the West Virginia Cultural Center in Charleston, W.Va., during Mineral County Day at the Legislature. This is the third year the college has sponsored the event under the guidance of Chef Thomas Vieli, assistant professor of hospitality at the college.
