3-20-13 Gerrardstown woman enters plea in federal court

United States Attorney William J. Ihlenfeld II has announced Toni Lee Olshefski-Beatty entered a plea of guilty to “theft of government funds.” From March 1, 2011, to March 1, 2012, Olshefski-Beatty received, negotiated and converted to her own use $8,834 in benefits which were designated for a qualified recipient.
This case was prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Michael D. Stein and investigated by the United States Social Security Administration-Office of Inspector General.
