3 13 13 Amber Alert cancelled

West Virginia State Police have canceled an Amber Alert for Grace Tenney and Shaina Tenney.

State police said the Grace Tenney and her daughter have been located and their alleged kidnapper is in custody.

According to the state police Shaina Tenney’s step-father 57-year-old Margel Tenney is facing charges.

Margel Tenney is charged with sexual abuse by a guardian, with more charges to follow.
