A second water leak has been found on an 8-inch pipe hooking into a 6-inch pipe near Jolin Concrete in Augusta.
James Hoffman, general manager of Central Hampshire Public Service District said the crew is currently working to fix the leak.
“It should take another 3 to 4 hours to get it fixed. Once it’s done the tanks will begin to fill again,” said Hoffman.
Hoffman said residents would have some service but without a lot of pressure.
Another leak in Green Spring has been repaired.
Water samples will be taken and sent to the health department in Kearneysville.
A boil water advisory continues for Green Spring, Springfield and Augusta residents.
