Update: United States Marshals capture two fugitives

Two fugitives wanted on charges of delivery and conspiracy to deliver herion were arrested on Porter Avenue in Martinsburg after a tip was received.
Dallas Cook, 35, and Megan Teets, 28, were apprehended by the Mountain State Fugitive Task Force, which is comprised of three officers and covers the Northern portion of West Virginia. Cook and Teets were seen and a tip was called in to the Martinsburg Police Department revealing their location. Officers responded to an address on the 200 block of Porter Avenue where Cook and Teets were apprehended.

The U.S. Marshals Service is asking the public’s assistance in locating area fugitives Dallas Cook and Meagan Teets.
Cook and Teets have been charged, and have outstanding warrants, by the West Virginia State Police for delivery of heroin.
From information received, officers believe Cook and Teets frequent the Baltimore, Md., area where they acquire their heroin and bring it back to West Virginia for use and sale.
Dallas Cook and Meagan Teets both have family in Berkeley County, W. Va.
