Author Bob O'Connor will sign his Civil War books at Taggart Hall, including his newest release, Catesby, Eyewitness to the Civil War. O'Connor is an award-winning Finalist in the 2008 National Indie Excellence Awards, Fiction Audio Books category, and the Best Books 2006 National Book Awards, Historical Fiction category.

Historic Homes, Churches and Building Tours

Noon Saturday Skirmish between Confederate and Union Forces at Fort Mill Ridge Trenches west of Romney. The event will also be visible from the Potomac Eagle Scenic Rail Excursion.

Exhibit of World War II vehicles and airplanes at Stump Farm on River Road. Veterans will be on hand to answer questions.   

Wheels of Time Exhibit at South Branch Guns & Pawn Shop, Rt. 50 West of Romney. Will feature vintage Indian motorcycles, antique cars, gas engines, railroad inspection cards, a 1929 Mystic Lake bi-plane, and antique farm tractors.
